Administrative Directive updated for OCTOPUS & GetCalFresh

Admin AD 18-101 (Verification Process for GetCalFresh and OCTOPUS) was revised with the following:

• Updated screen shots of our current DSS website reflecting where to find the new links/buttons to submit documents online as well as some design and feature changes to OCTOPUS.

• Incorporate new processing direction for EW’s and AOP’s as a result of EW’s now having editing access rights to the District Office Access Inboxes which allows them to identify verifications that have already been reviewed and processed.  Therefore alerting the AOP, to only import the verifications to DocSTAR.

Case Comment Updates

The following 5 case comment templates have been updated to include Interview Type. This will allow staff to easily select if the Intake Interview was waived, face to face, or telephone.
